Vindaloo Lamb   Ingredients:
  • Shaury’s Vindaloo Premix   50g
  • Shaury’s Red Onion Flakes   1 tbsp
  • Lamb Cube / Ribs   400g
  • Potatoes   200g
  • Water   300ml
  • Oil   3 tbsp
Cooking Methods:
  1. Heat oil in skillet, put in lamb cube and potatoes
  2. Mix in Shaury’s Vindaloo Premix seasoning and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in water and stir well. Cover the lid for 20 minute.
  4. Remove the lid and cook till the sauce level at your desire.
  5. Granish with dried Onion Flakes before serve. Best serve together with Shaury’s Spice Pilaf Rice.
Spice Pilaf Rice
  1. Shaury’s Spice Pilaf Rice Premix   25g
  2. Basmathi Rice   2 Cup
  3. Butter (Salted)   50g

Cooking Methods:
  1. Wash the Basmathi Rice twice, drain well.
  2. Mix the Shaury’s Pilaf Rice Premix, and butter or coconut oil in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into rice cooker. Add in water to cook the rice.
