Thai Baked Fish / Seafood Time: 60 minutes Serves: 4 Taste: Spicy Baked Ingredients: 1kg whole red snappers, cleaned Juice of 3 lemons 50g Shaury’s Thai Spice 10 cloves garlic whole 1 carrot, peeled & sliced 4 tomatoes sliced 1 green pepper, seeded sliced 5 whole red chilies 1/2 cup cooking oil 1/2 cup water Cooking Methods: Mix Shaury’s Thai Spice and lemon juice in a bowl, stir well. Rub the whole fish inside out with the mixture and marinate for 30 minute in refrigerator. Preheat oven 250°C. Put the fish in a large shallow baking tray, scatter all vegetables around fish. Pour oil and waterover fish and vegetables. Bake until fish is cooked about 30 minutes. Serve with white basmati rice if desired.
