Tandoori Chicken Fillet   Ingredients:
  • 500g chicken fillet, cleaned
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 25g Shaury’s Tandoori Spice
  • 1 tsp of cumin course (optional)
     
STEPS:
  1. Combine Shaury’s Tandoori Spice, yogurt and cumin, stir well.
  2. Coat chicken fillet with the mixture and marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven 180°C. Put chicken fillet on a non-stick baking tray, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let rest for another 5 minutes. Serve with herbed basmati rice if desired.
