Tandoori Chicken Fillet Time: 90 minutes Serves: 6 Taste: Non Spicy Roast / Grill / Baked Ingredients: 500g chicken fillet, cleaned 1/2 cup plain yogurt 25g Shaury’s Tandoori Spice 1 tsp of cumin course (optional) STEPS: Combine Shaury’s Tandoori Spice, yogurt and cumin, stir well. Coat chicken fillet with the mixture and marinate for 1 hour. Preheat oven 180°C. Put chicken fillet on a non-stick baking tray, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for another 5 minutes. Serve with herbed basmati rice if desired.
