Sriracha Chicken   Ingredients:
  • Shaury’s Sriracha Sauce Premix   50g
  • Deep fried chicken (Wing & drumettes)   10pcs
  • Butter   25g
  • Filtered Water   300ml
     
Cooking Methods:
  1. In a medium heated pan, combine all the ingredients for the sauce, stir until bubbling and thick.
  2. Toss in the fried chicken wing and drumettes.
