Spaghetti in Pesto Sauce

Spaghetti Pesto Sauce   Ingredients:
  • Shaury’s Pesto Premix   30g
  • Spaghetti   70g
  • Clams   20g
  • Mushroom   1/3 Cup
  • Fresh Basil Leaves   1/3 cup
  • Olive oil   2 Tbsp
  • Butter   30g
  • Water   200ml
  • Parmesan Cheese Powder   1 tbsp
     
Cooking Methods:
  1. Bring a large pan of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to the spaghetti packet instructions.
  2. In the saucepan, melt the butter. Add in the clams and mushroom, following by Shaury’s Pesto Premix, saute for 1 minutes. Pour in 200ml water and cook until thick.
  3. Stir in the spaghetti and toss lightly. Garnish with the basil leaves and serve immediately with extra parmesan cheese.
