Savory Swedish Meatball   Ingredients:
  • Shaury’s Kofta Baharat   25g
  • Shaury’s Dried Parsley   1 tbsp
  • Shaury’s Dried Coriander Leaves   1 tbsp
  • Ground Beef   500g
  • Panko   2 tbsp
  • Onion, Chopped
  • Milk   100ml
  • Egg   1
Cooking Methods:
  1. In a small bowl, combine the panko and milk, and let sit until the milk is fully absorbed.
  2. In a bowl, combine the egg with ground beef, onion, Shaury’s Kofta Baharat, Shaury’s Dried Parsley, Shaury’ Dried Coriander Leaves and the milk-soaked panko. Mix until fully combined and roll into small meatballs.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cooking in batches, brown the meatballs on all sides. Transfer the cooked meatballs to a casserole dish.
Shaury's Brown Sause
  1. Shaury’s Brown Sauce Mix   25g
  2. Butter   20g
  3. Water   200ml

Cooking Methods:
  1. Return the skillet to the heat and melt the butter. Add the Shaury’s Brown Sauce Mix and water. Stir till the sauce is thickened. Add the meatballs back to the pan and toss to coat them in sauce.
  2. Garnish with Shaury’s Dried Parsley or Shaury’s Dried Coriander Flakes before serve.
