- Rub all over the tenderloin with 2 tbsp cooking oil. Season tenderloin with 50g Shaury’s Rosemary Garlic Rub, and then let beef sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Place the tenderloin in heated skillet with remaining oil and 2 tbsp butter, cook, turning until tenderloin is browned. 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer skillet to oven and cook about 20 minutes for medium rare.
- Remove from oven and let rest for another 20 minutes. Remove twine and ready to cut beef into slices.
