Rosemary Garlic Beef Tenderloin

Rosemary Garlic Beef Tenderloin   Ingredients:
  • 1kg beef tenderloin cleaned and tied with kitchen twine
  • 4 tbsp (60ml) cooking oil
  • 50g Shaury’s Rosemary Garlic Spice Rub
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Cooking Methods:
  1. Rub all over the tenderloin with 2 tbsp cooking oil. Season tenderloin with 50g Shaury’s Rosemary Garlic Rub, and then let beef sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 220°C. Place the tenderloin in heated skillet with remaining oil and 2 tbsp butter, cook, turning until tenderloin is browned. 5-7 minutes.
  3. Transfer skillet to oven and cook about 20 minutes for medium rare.
  4. Remove from oven and let rest for another 20 minutes. Remove twine and ready to cut beef into slices.
