Jack's Lemon Pepper Beef Stir Fry Time: 10 minutes Serves: 6 Taste: Medium Ingredients: 300g beef flank steak, sliced 4 tbsp cooking oil 2 tbsp Shaury’s Lemon Pepper Spice 1 medium tomato, seeded and cut into cube pieces 1 medium green capsicum, seeded and cut into cube pieces 1 red chili sliced (optional) Some fresh basil leaves for garnishing (optional) Cooking Methods: Rub the beef slices with 2 tbsp cooking oil and season with Shaury’s Lemon Pepper Spice for 5 minutes. Heat up a wok over high heat, add remaining 2 tbsp cooking oil. Add tomato cubes, green capsicum cubes and stir fry about 2 minutes. Add marinated beef and keep tossing often, until meat is cooked tender, about 2 minutes. If desired, garnish with red chili slices and basil leaves, serve with white rice.
