Jack's Lemon Pepper Beef Stir Fry

Lemon Pepper Beef Stir Fry   Ingredients:
  • 300g beef flank steak, sliced
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp Shaury’s Lemon Pepper Spice
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and cut into cube pieces
  • 1 medium green capsicum, seeded and cut into cube pieces
  • 1 red chili sliced (optional)
  • Some fresh basil leaves for garnishing (optional)
Cooking Methods:
  1. Rub the beef slices with 2 tbsp cooking oil and season with Shaury’s Lemon Pepper Spice for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat up a wok over high heat, add remaining 2 tbsp cooking oil. Add tomato cubes, green capsicum cubes and stir fry about 2 minutes.
  3. Add marinated beef and keep tossing often, until meat is cooked tender, about 2 minutes.
  4. If desired, garnish with red chili slices and basil leaves, serve with white rice.
