Chicken Rendang   Ingredients:
  • Shaury’s Rendang Premix   25g
  • Beef Cube   500g
  • Coconut oil / Olive oil / Cooking oil   3 tbsp
  • Water   300ml
  • Dessicated Coconut   2 tbsp
     
Cooking Methods:
  1. Mix the Shaury’s Rendang Premix into the meat evenly.
  2. In a skillet, heat the oil. Pour in the Chicken and saute for 3 minute. Add in water and cover the lid till meat tender.
  3. Add in dessicated coconut and cook another 1-2 minute.
