Beef Stew Time: 130 minutes Serves: 4 Taste: Medium Ingredients: Shaury’s Montreal Steak Seasoning 50g Shaury’s Bay Leaf 2 pieces Beef Stew Meat (cut into 1 inch cubes) 500g Potatoes, diced 2 Carrot, diced 2 Leek 2 stacks Oil 2 tbsp Water 2 cups Cooking Methods: Marinate the stew meat with Shaury’s Montreal Seasoning for 1-4 hours. In a pot, heat the oil and pour in the marinated meat, potatoes, carrots and leeks. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir well. Add in the water and cover the lid. Turn the fire to low frame and slow cook for 2 hours. Served with steamed rice.
