Beef Stew   Ingredients:
  • Shaury’s Montreal Steak Seasoning   50g
  • Shaury’s Bay Leaf   2 pieces
  • Beef Stew Meat (cut into 1 inch cubes)   500g
  • Potatoes, diced 2
  • Carrot, diced 2
  • Leek   2 stacks
  • Oil   2 tbsp
  • Water   2 cups
     
Cooking Methods:
  1. Marinate the stew meat with Shaury’s Montreal Seasoning for 1-4 hours.
  2. In a pot, heat the oil and pour in the marinated meat, potatoes, carrots and leeks. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir well.
  3. Add in the water and cover the lid. Turn the fire to low frame and slow cook for 2 hours.
  4. Served with steamed rice.
