- Marinate the chicken drumstick with Shaury’s Balinese Bumbu Seasoning for 1-4 hours.
- Heat the oil in a skillet, place the marinated drumstick skin face down and seer for 2 minutes or till the skin turned into golden color and crisp.
- Turn the drumstick and seer for another 1 minutes.
- Add in the water and cover the lid. After boiled turn the heat to low frame and slow cook for 1 1/2 hour.
- Serve with steamed coconut rice while hot.
