Balinese Bumbu Chicken   Ingredients:
  • Shaury’s Balinese Bumbu Seasoning   50g
  • Chicken Drumstick   2 pcs
  • Oil   2 tbsp
  • Water   200ml
     
Cooking Methods:
  1. Marinate the chicken drumstick with Shaury’s Balinese Bumbu Seasoning for 1-4 hours.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet, place the marinated drumstick skin face down and seer for 2 minutes or till the skin turned into golden color and crisp.
  3. Turn the drumstick and seer for another 1 minutes.
  4. Add in the water and cover the lid. After boiled turn the heat to low frame and slow cook for 1 1/2 hour.
  5. Serve with steamed coconut rice while hot.
